What is counselling?
It is an opportunity to talk about your difficulties and look at them in a supportive environment. Its purpose is to enable you to be objective and to find answers to those difficulties.
When should you consider counselling?
If you are finding it difficult to be objective about your situation, or feel isolated or alone, then counselling may help you to make sense of your situation.
I believe that you have it within yourself to find meaning for your life in order to live in a balanced way. Our journey together is one of dialogue and discernment in the hope that you might find answers to your questions and so experience a sense of peace.
