This is an individual one to one break in a country house style environment. It includes full support throughout the break and full-board accommodation. The break is designed to offer some reflection around your life: what it means, how you live it and whether some changes may be helpful. We will explore ways in which you might initiate change, bearing in mind your current lifestyle and systems of support.
